Silverleaf Turf Co., a Keller-based mobile turf business, has added a partnership with Metal America, which builds and installs custom steel structures. According to a company Instagram post, the partnership began at the start of October.
Under the arrangement, Metal America will handle the concrete slab and steel for buildings. Silverleaf Turf Co. will install cages, turf and netting inside. Jackson Jones, who owns the company with Taylor Jones, said the projects can be new construction or a build-out or renovation of an existing space.
The company was started earlier this year and offers sod and turf for baseball fields and facilities, along with netting, batting cages and athlete equipment. Jones said it also installs turf for residential yards, pet areas, putting greens, playgrounds and common areas, and provides turf maintenance. He said he would like to add baseball field construction in the future.
