Suspended by the state

In September the governor asked TCEQ to stop approving data center permits until the state finishes reviewing their demand on the grid and water. TCEQ's automatic permit system kept approving some anyway, and the agency has since suspended permits tied to data centers. These are the ones its records list as suspended.
