A new location of the Brazilian steakhouse chain Fogo de Chão is planned for Cedar Park, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The restaurant is at 1005 E. New Hope Drive.
The filing states that construction is expected to cost $4.5 million and to begin in February 2027. Work is expected to finish in August 2027.
The chain specializes in fire-roasted meats, including bone-in ribeye, lamb chops and sirloin. Its menu also includes Brazilian-inspired cocktails, seafood and side dishes. The Cedar Park location would be the chain's second in the Austin area.
