A College Station police detective was arrested over the weekend on a family violence charge, according to Brazos County Jail records.
The records show Michael C. Kennedy, a detective with the College Station Police Department's Criminal Investigations Division, was booked Sunday, Nov. 1, 2026. He faces a charge of assault causing bodily injury, family violence. Bond is set at $10,000.
