A grand jury last week indicted Mario Alberto Morales, an ICE agent, on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The charge stems from an Oct. 10 incident in which Morales ran over Houston immigrant Miguel Parra Hernández.
Newly obtained body camera footage shows the agent's response after the incident. Houston Chronicle columnist Lisa Falkenberg was the first to obtain the offense report, medical records and video from the incident.
Houston Public Media's public affairs program Houston Matters planned to discuss what the records and video reveal with Falkenberg on Monday.
