A woman was shot and killed at a nursing home in San Antonio, and police later took a male suspect into custody at a second location, a San Antonio police officer at the scene said. First responders were called around 4:45 p.m. to a reported shooting near TX 151 and Classic Drive. The officer said the shooting happened at the nursing home.
