People interested in Gameday Suites Aggieland got a full-scale look at the planned tailgating spaces during a preview at Walk Your Plans Aggieland in Bryan. Floor plans were projected on the walls and floor so visitors could walk through the layouts before the suites are built. The developer rented space at Walk Your Plans, which displays plans at full scale, according to developer Steven Quisenberry.
The suites are under construction on Villa Maria Road near John Sharp Parkway. Quisenberry said the project is on track to be ready for the 2027 football season. He said crews could begin vertical construction in late December or early January, and that the development is two-thirds pre-sold.
Grant Stanton said his company has reserved a suite and plans to use it to host clients. He said seeing the layout in person helped him decide how to arrange the space. Stanton said he hopes the suite will also be used for meetings and other gatherings beyond football season.
