Daniel Anthony Felan of Cameron County has been arrested in Houston County. He is accused of sending child pornography to a minor he knew was underage, and of knowingly having or promoting child pornography depicting a girl about nine years old.
The minor reported receiving the images from Felan through Instagram, and law enforcement contacted Meta to retrieve the files for the investigation, according to the report.
Felan was arrested and booked into jail on November 2. His bonds total $550,000, and he remains in the Houston County Jail.
