The Lone Star Film Festival is celebrating its 20th anniversary in Fort Worth. The Fort Worth Film Commission presents the event, which runs from Nov. 4 to 13 and includes feature films, documentaries, special screenings and short films from around the world.
Organizers recently announced three additional films. "The Debut" is a musical comedy written and directed by Jesse Eisenberg and starring Julianne Moore and Paul Giamatti. "Rehearsals for a Revolution," directed by Pegah Ahangarani, won the L'Œil d'Or for Best Documentary at the 2026 Cannes Film Festival and explores more than four decades of Iranian history. "Bleeding Hearts," directed by Andrew Morgan, follows real-life couple Zella Day and Jesse Woods as they pursue their music together.
All-access passes for the festival cost $400. An early-bird price of $350 ended Nov. 1. Individual screening tickets and the full schedule are available on the festival's ticketing website.
