The Associated Press has projected Democratic victories in two statewide Texas races, with vote counting still underway.
The Associated Press has projected Democrats Gina Hinojosa as the winner of the Texas governor's race and James Talarico as the winner of the U.S. Senate race.
The AP reported Talarico with 4,091,414 votes, or 59.4%. The results are unofficial, and additional votes are still being counted.
