Tony Marron said he first opened Uncle Tony's Cafe in Porter in November 2010, after deciding to pursue cooking when the housing market collapsed in 2008. The business later moved to several locations and returned to Porter in April 2025. Marron said he renamed it Uncle Tony's Burgers when it moved to its current location.

The restaurant serves burgers, tacos, wings and Texas-style cheesesteaks. Marron said he uses bulk Angus beef and seasons the meat both inside and outside the patty. He said the Ultimate Rattlesnake Burger, which includes custom sausage from Chappell Hill Sausage, is one of the most popular items and has won awards at several competitions. Marron also named the trash can tacos and the Texas cheesesteak as popular.

Marron said the restaurant now has a mobile app for online orders at prices he described as lower than those of other delivery services. It also has a pickup window where customers can collect online orders from their cars. Marron said he hopes to find a new Porter location within the next few years.
