7 Brew plans to open a drive-thru beverage shop along US 90 in Dayton, according to Chris Jarmon, the city's director of economic development. Jarmon said the company has the former Jack in the Box property at US 90 and Winfree Street under contract. Plans call for the existing building to be demolished.

The company makes made-to-order drinks, including hot and iced coffees, teas, chai, matcha, lemonades, smoothies and shakes. Its menu also includes flavored energy drinks and sparkling sodas it calls "fizz" drinks. The Dayton shop will use a modular construction model, with much of the building made off-site and installed once the property is ready.

Jarmon said the franchisee recently asked the Dayton Board of Adjustment for a variance, and the board approved it. Once permits are issued, he said the business is expected to open in about five months, a period that includes construction and hiring and training employees. The Dayton location will be the company's second in Liberty County, after a shop that opened on Washington Avenue in Cleveland in spring 2026.
