Jeremiah Hunter, 18, is back in the Potter County Jail after violating his bond conditions, according to Potter County records. The records say Hunter was out past curfew on October 24. He is also charged with failure to identify in connection with that violation.
Hunter is accused of tampering with evidence with intent to impair in connection with the Plum Creek Apartment shooting on June 17, which left six people wounded. His original bond was set at $50,000. An affidavit to surrender was filed October 26, and he was booked into the Potter County Jail on October 28.
Bond has not been set at this time.
