A sculpture walk added in April to Stephen F. Austin State University's Ruby M. Mize Azalea Garden in Nacogdoches features works by SFA students and faculty, along with local artists.

Visitor Christopher Prejean said he noticed the newer sculptures and likes them. He said they add color and something to look for. Visitor Daniel said the works show what a university is about and that some of the plaques are nice.

Visitor Ashley Schmidt said the garden reminds her of places she has traveled in Europe and California. She said she likes that it highlights East Texas artists.
