San Augustine Main Street is inviting arts, crafts and food vendors to take part in its annual Christmas Market Days. The event is set for Friday, Dec. 4, and Saturday, Dec. 5, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day in downtown San Augustine. Local businesses around the square and nearby streets are also encouraged to offer seasonal specials.

Vendor booths measure 10 by 10 feet and cost $25, or $40 for two spaces. Vendors who need electricity will pay an additional $15. Vendors may choose Friday, Saturday or both days. The Main Street Manager will assign spaces on sidewalks outside participating downtown businesses or in the front and north courthouse parking area. Vendors must bring their own tables, canopies, chairs and signs.

Food vendors must provide proof of required permits with their applications. Applications are available from the Main Street office and may be emailed, mailed or delivered in person to the third floor of the San Augustine County Courthouse. Questions can be directed to Main Street Manager Lea Ann Bennefield at (936) 275-3172 or (936) 201-4307.
