Five people were arrested Tuesday afternoon in southeastern Brewster County after they tried to avoid law enforcement, according to the Brewster County Sheriff's Office.
The sheriff's office said deputies worked with U.S. Border Patrol agents and Customs and Border Patrol Air Operations to find the group. Authorities said the group had been tracked since early Sunday morning.
All five were turned over to U.S. Border Patrol for processing and removal.
