An Oak Cliff woman, Jesica Amador, says she has not heard back from the United States Postal Service about her missing mail more than a month after first reporting it to FOX 4. Amador said she saw her address on mail in a video posted to Instagram that showed boxes of mail inside a home. It is still unknown how the mail got there or who put it there.
Amador said she contacted Dallas Police and the Postal Service and got no clear answers from either before speaking with FOX 4. At the time, the USPS Office of Inspector General confirmed it was investigating her claims. Amador said she has received no phone call or email since then.
Another North Texas resident, Aundia Rogers, told FOX 4 her mail has been missing since September. She said she filed complaints through the USPS app and has not received an update since filing a claim. The USPS Office of Inspector General told FOX 4 on Friday that the case is still ongoing.
