The district attorney's office gave $5,000 from forfeiture funds to the sheriff's Explorer program in memory of Precinct 2 Constable John Mulryan.
The Chambers County District Attorney's Office donated $5,000 to the Chambers County Sheriff's Office Explorer Program. The money came from forfeiture funds.
The donation was made in honor of the late Precinct 2 Constable John Mulryan. It was presented at the Chambers County Commissioners Court meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 13.
District Attorney Cheryl Lieck handed the check to Sheriff Brian Hawthorne. Dale Mulryan was also present for the presentation, according to a photo caption.
