Anay Santibanez, an Olney High School Class of 2025 graduate, began her cosmetology career at Fringe Salon & Boutique in Olney on Tuesday, Oct. 27. She offers haircuts, color services and facial waxing.
Santibanez graduated from the high school in May 2025 and then attended cosmetology school in Abilene, where she completed the program and earned her certification. She said she returned to Olney to be near her family and loved ones and to build her clientele. She hopes to add manicures, other nail services and facials later.
For now, she is keeping her schedule flexible as she starts her business. Fringe is located at 207 N. Grand Ave. Customers can book appointments by calling or texting Santibanez at 940-456-6040. "Whatever works with people, I can set them up for a time," she said.
