Election Day is Nov. 3, and voters in the Round Rock area can cast ballots in national, statewide and local races, according to Community Impact. Local contests include races for the Williamson County Commissioners Court, the Austin Community College board of trustees and the Round Rock ISD board of trustees. A Round Rock ISD voter-approval tax rate election is also on the ballot.
Williamson County residents can vote at any county polling location on Election Day. Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at all polling places statewide, and anyone in line by 7 p.m. will be allowed to vote. The county's full list of locations is at www.wilcotx.gov/elections.
The sample ballot is not complete. It leaves out uncontested races and focuses on legislative positions. Community Impact's guide links to its candidate Q&As and earlier coverage where available.
