Texas Secretary of State Robert Howden announced that the state has 19 million registered voters, a record number ahead of the Nov. 3 election.

Early voting ends Oct. 30. Howden said the state sees strong voter registration numbers and wants every eligible Texan to be ready to take part in the upcoming election.
