Laredo police arrested Bryan Douglas Ramsey, 51, late Wednesday night, according to the Laredo Police Department. He was taken into custody in the 100 block of Flathead Lake.
Officers were sent to the neighborhood at about 9:42 p.m. on Oct. 28 after a report that a man was threatening paramedics who were already on the scene. Police said that when officers arrived, they found Ramsey standing outside a residence. Police said Ramsey claimed he had weapons and told an officer he wanted to harm him.
Paramedics told officers that Ramsey had first called for emergency help and then allegedly threatened to assault them while they responded. After the on-scene investigation, officers seized a pellet rifle and a bow and arrow.
