Jerry Don Moss won reelection as Llano County Pct. 4 commissioner in the 2026 midterm election on Tuesday, Nov. 3. He received 2,131 votes, or 81.93% of the 2,601 votes cast. His Democratic challenger, Leila Green Little, received 470 votes, or 18.07%. Only residents of Precinct 4 could vote in the race.

In a Facebook post on Wednesday morning, Moss thanked voters and said he looks forward to serving another four years. Moss has served as Pct. 4 commissioner for 20 years, first elected in 2007. His new term will begin in January 2027 and end in 2031.

Little was the primary plaintiff in the Llano County Library System Lawsuit, in which Moss was a named defendant. Little's husband, Robert, ran against Moss in the March 2026 Republican primary and lost, with Moss receiving 90.78% of the vote, according to DailyTrib.
