Harris County sheriff's deputy arrested at Lone Star Rally in Galveston

Cedric Walter, a Harris County Sheriff's Office deputy, was arrested during the Lone Star Rally in Galveston County on November 6 and faces three charges. He was released after posting bond the following morning.
