Prosecutors are continuing to present their case in the trial of Yella Beezy, whose real name is Markies Conway. He is accused of paying another man to kill Dallas rapper MO3, whose real name is Melvin Noble, in a 2020 ambush on Interstate 35 in Dallas. Prosecutors allege the killing was carried out over a long-running feud. Conway has pleaded not guilty to capital murder and denied involvement. Kewon White has already been convicted of capital murder in Noble's death. A third defendant, Devin Brown, is also charged with capital murder.

On the second day of testimony, Dr. Randall Graham said he was stopped in traffic on I-35 when an unarmed man ran past his car, pursued by a masked gunman with a rifle. Graham said a bullet shattered his windshield and left shrapnel in his neck. He said he performed CPR on Noble for 25 minutes until paramedics arrived.

A forensic manager testified about collecting evidence across the highway lanes. A crime scene supervisor said an initial search of Noble's vehicle found jewelry, his driver's license and $17,960 in cash, but no firearms. Jurors also viewed surveillance footage. The trial is expected to last about two weeks.
