Katy-Fulshear home sales fell in September from a year earlier

Katy- and Fulshear-area ZIP codes sold 570 homes in September, down from 636 in September 2025.

Four of the six local ZIP codes saw home sales rise from a year earlier. ZIP code 77094 had the largest increase, at 66.67%. ZIP code 77493 had the most sales, with 188. Homes priced from $200,000 to $399,999 made up the largest group, with 318 of the 570 sales.

The median home sales price fell year over year in five of the six ZIP codes. ZIP code 77494 had the largest decrease, at 10.2%. ZIP code 77450 was the only one to see an increase, at 7.5%. The average number of days homes spent on the market rose in three of the six ZIP codes. Homes sold fastest in 77094, averaging 9 days. Homes stayed longest in 77423, averaging 104 days.
