Gregg County voters can cast ballots at any of 16 polling locations on Election Day, the Longview News-Journal reported. Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Several races on the Gregg County ballot are uncontested, so only one candidate is listed. The only contested elections in the county are for seats on the Gregg County Appraisal District. Sabine ISD is also proposing a tax rate measure, which only voters within the district can vote on.
The ballot includes U.S. Senate candidates Ken Paxton (R), James Talarico (D) and Ted Brown (L). It also lists U.S. House District 1 candidates Nathaniel Moran (R) and Yolanda R. Prince (D), and governor candidates Greg Abbott (R), Gina Hinojosa (D) and Pat Dixon (L).
