A summit focused on jobs, investment and Galveston's industrial future held a luncheon featuring a State of the City discussion. Mayor John Paul Listowski and City Manager Brian Maxwell took part in the discussion.

The luncheon was followed by a keynote presentation on the future of U.S. shipbuilding.
