City of Austin: Up to $7,957,500 interior and exterior painting contracts for City facilities

Authorizes uniform and shop towel rental and laundering services for all City departments, with an initial two-year estimate of $750,000 and total not to exceed $1,875,000 with extensions. (Placed on the consent agenda.)
