Preservation Planner Kim Barker leads a video tour of the ground floor of the Tower and Main Building. The video is the first in a series that will cover the first two floors and the work being done inside the Tower and Main Building during the restoration.
In the tour, Barker describes the restoration work. She said the main exterior restoration project includes conserving the ceiling, restoring the benches, repainting the walls, cleaning the limestone and restoring the light fixtures. She said the goal is to return the exterior to its appearance at its 1937 completion date.
