Friends, family and colleagues gathered at 1850 Icehouse to celebrate the retirement of Henderson County Chief Appraiser Bill Jackson. His wife, Roxie, attended with him.

Jackson was recognized for his work leading the Henderson County Appraisal District. The story says he also helped residents and local taxing entities through the property appraisal process.
