Voters across the Katy area will go to the polls Tuesday, Nov. 3, for the general election. Where they can vote depends on which county they are registered in, according to Covering Katy News.
Fort Bend and Harris counties let registered voters vote at any Election Day voting center in the county. Fort Bend has 101 such centers. Waller County does not offer countywide Election Day voting. Waller voters must go to the polling place assigned to their precinct, and they cannot vote in another county because its location is closer.
The Katy VFW is in Harris County, but Waller County has designated it as the Election Day polling place for Precinct 420. Full lists of voting locations are available online from each county.
