A $9.7 million renovation is expected at the Round Rock location of the Sam's Club warehouse retailer, according to a project filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The project includes an interior remodel that adds 4,000 square feet for pickup order storage. It also includes a new cafe and coolers.

Construction is expected to run from June to October next year.
