Keep Jacksonville Beautiful will host a drive-thru Fall Community Clean-Up Day from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 7.
The event will offer local residents a way to recycle metal, safely dispose of auto batteries and shred confidential documents. It is organized with AIM Recycling and Ark-La-Tex Shredding Company.
The event will be held in the parking lot at East Wilson Street and South Ragsdale Street in downtown Jacksonville. Signs will be posted to direct drivers and keep traffic moving smoothly.
