A Randall County grand jury has indicted Victor Alejandro Tarango-Perez, 18, on two counts of sexual assault. He is accused of assaulting the same person twice at West Texas A&M University.
According to a criminal complaint, the assaults happened on Sept. 16 and 17. West Texas A&M police issued an alert on Sept. 17 about two incidents involving the same people.
The university described the first incident as rape and the second as attempted fondling. It said both incidents happened in on-campus residence hall rooms.
