Levi Timothy James, 22, of Pipe Creek, was pronounced dead following a head-on collision on Nov. 4 on Texas 46 West near the border between Kendall and Bandera counties, according to Texas Department of Public Safety Sgt. Dila Hidalgo.
Hidalgo said James was eastbound on Texas 46 in a Mazda Miata when it crossed into the opposite lane and collided with a Mitsubishi Outlander sport utility vehicle.
