The Baytown Parks and Recreation Department put on Spooktacular, a family-friendly Halloween event, at the Eddie V. Gray Wetlands Center over the weekend. The event is held every year.

At the event, a child dressed as Wonder Woman, Tinley Ivey, looked at small creatures through a microscope. Her mother, Makayla Powell, was also pictured.
