The Ector County Library will hold its annual "Halloween in the Park" on Saturday from 4 to 6 p.m. at Noel Heritage Park Plaza in downtown Odessa.
The library said the event includes free candy and toy giveaways. All ages are welcome, and the public is invited. Attendees may wear costumes if they choose.
Giveaways are first come, first served, and the library said a line is expected around the building, so it encouraged people to arrive early.
