The beachfront condominium complex on S 11th Street is marking its 50th anniversary.
Coral Cay Beachfront Condominiums in Port Aransas is celebrating its 50th anniversary. The property at 1419 S 11th St. began construction in 1974 and was completed in 1976.
The homeowners' association was established in 1979. The property has two beachfront buildings, two poolside buildings, an office, laundry and maintenance buildings, and two swimming pools. It also has a boardwalk.
