TxDOT has released a schedule of road closures for early November. The work includes a full closure of I-10 eastbound between Anthony and Transmountain from 3 a.m. to 6 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 7, through Monday, Nov. 9. A detour will be in place, and crews will be placing a bridge deck.
Some closures have no set end date. A U-turn underpass at Bridge C on I-10, between Anthony and Vinton, is fully closed until further notice, with detours on North and South Desert. Other lane closures on South and North Desert, the Los Mochis intersection and an I-10 westbound exit ramp are also in place while crews work.
Several closures run on set dates from Nov. 2 to Nov. 7, including nightly and daytime work on I-10 and North Desert. TxDOT said the work includes concrete girder placement, paving and sidewalk and ADA ramp work. Drivers can view the TxDOT map and traffic cameras online for updates.
