La Salsitas On The Go is set to open in Groves in the former P&J Seafood location at 3301 Pure Atlantic Road, according to a social media post from the owners. The restaurant is associated with La Salsitas on Gulfway Drive in Port Arthur, the post said.
P&J Seafood, owned by the Hoang family, has moved to 2905 Hall St. in Port Neches, the family said in its own post. The family described leaving Groves as a bittersweet decision. P&J first opened in Groves in 2001 and said it had served the community for 25 years.
