Students at Caldwell Arts Academy in Tyler honored military veterans on Thursday with an annual performance that included singing, instrumental music and dance.
The tribute to the Armed Forces of the United States included vocal students in kindergarten through fifth grade, instrumentalists, dancers and middle school musicians.
Jan Snook, the kindergarten through fifth-grade vocal music teacher at the school, said the show gives students an opportunity to learn about patriotism. "It is our kids an opportunity to learn about patriotism," Snook said.
