The Port Aransas Parks and Recreation Department hosted Halloween events on the beach over the weekend of Oct. 23 and 24.
The Port Aransas Parks and Recreation Department hosted Halloween-themed events on the beach on Friday and Saturday, Oct. 23 and 24. Sand sculptor Mark Landrum and other volunteers built a pumpkin patch sculpture on the beach.
On Friday, lights were placed in and around the sculpture. They were lit at dusk for the event's Night Glow.
