The City of Tyler filed a list of commercial and residential building permits from Oct. 22 to Oct. 29, 2026. The list includes both new construction and remodel or renovation work.
The largest listed permit is a $4,500,000 commercial new-construction permit filed by Mayse & Associates Inc. for 1729 S Beckham Ave. Reid Architects filed an $800,000 remodel permit for 1814 Roseland Blvd. The Genecov Group (Ben Moore) filed a $700,000 residential new-construction permit for 1426 Weathered Oak Way. Sidar Builders, LLC filed a $370,900 residential new-construction permit for 7376 Park Hill Cir.
Other remodel and renovation permits on the list ranged from $3,000 to $64,000. They include work at 110 N College Ave, 3709 Troup Hwy, 325 W 4th St, 3323 S Southwest Loop 323, 2128 Anthony Dr and 1824 Pine Crest Dr.
