Taylor County Has 20 Polling Locations Open Until 7 p.m. on Election Day

Taylor County has 20 polling locations open on Election Day until 7 p.m., according to the report.

Taylor County Elections Administrator Daniel Murray said voters who are in line at a voting location by 7 p.m. should stay in line. They will still be able to vote, he said.

The locations include Abilene City Hall at 555 Walnut Street in Abilene, the Tye Community Center at 103 Scott Street in Tye, and the ECCA Volunteer Fire Department at 6870 FM 89 in Tuscola. Other sites are in Abilene, Buffalo Gap, Lawn, Merkel and Tuscola, and include several churches, a recreation center and a plaza.
