Area schools and two nursing and rehab centers in Hallettsville will host events to honor veterans around Veterans Day, which falls on Wednesday, Nov. 11.
Hallettsville Rehab and Nursing Center and Stevens Nursing and Rehabilitation Center will hold a Veterans Day program on Tuesday, Nov. 10, starting at 2 p.m. The ceremony will take place at the flagpole in front of HRNC, at 825 W. Fairwinds. Refreshments will be available after the ceremony.
Local musician Ronnie Hermes will provide entertainment with patriotic songs.
