Los Cochinitos has temporarily closed its Spring location until further notice, according to an Oct. 20 post on the restaurant's Facebook page. In the post, the restaurant said it hopes to welcome customers back soon and keep serving the flavors of Mexican tradition.
Community Impact previously reported that Los Cochinitos opened its first U.S. location in Spring on Nov. 20, 2025. The restaurant specialized in carnitas. Its menu included enchiladas, tamales and quesadillas, according to the business website.
The restaurant is at 21005 I-45 in Spring.
