A mixed-use restaurant and retail development called SpiceQ may be coming to Spicewood along the Highway 71 corridor, according to a filing from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The filing says the project is expected to be more than 10,000 square feet and cost $1.8 million. Construction is expected to begin in January 2027 and be completed in July 2028. The listed address is 5600 Highway 71 in Spicewood.
The registered owner is listed as SpiceQ LLC. The filing names Pavan Karnati, a Lakeway-based cardiologist, as the owner contact.
