Charges listed include driving while intoxicated, public intoxication, theft, burglary, forgery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, failure to identify, and drug possession. Some entries also list probation violations and indictments.
The log says people arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. It also says not all of those charged committed the alleged crime, and that some were arrested on outstanding warrants or for conduct in the county. Some cases may be dismissed or disposed of after a judge reviews them.
