Lawsuits have been filed over the deaths of Rego Berto Ornelas Jr. and Derrick Dwayne Glenn, who died in Texas City custody.

Civil rights attorney Adalberto Ruiz said the families want Texas City leaders to provide answers, improve police training and hold officers accountable for the men's deaths.
